Point Clark Networks offers multiple partnership levels to coincide with an individual or company's resources, experience, business model and sales. The ClarkConnect Partner Program - at any level - is not intended for novices to Linux, Open Source Software (OSS) and networking in general. Instead, it is designed to compliment the technical skills of a consultant or support staff while providing incentives and resources to successfully market, sell and deploy managed IT OSS-solutions.

Managed IT Solutions vs. Commission-Based Reselling

Point Clark Networks does not recommend commission-based reselling as a business-model. ClarkConnect and our partners prove everyday that IT software does not have to be exceedingly complex and prohibitively expensive in order to achieve what the vast majority of small businesses, libraries, schools, non-for-profit organizations and home users want technology to do for them:

  • secure a network
  • improve network performance
  • communicate (Email, Web, VoIP, VPN, Fax etc.) to colleagues friends and family
  • reduce IT expenses
  • make technology simple to use

Rather then selling on commission where margins are low and delivery of client/end-user expectations fall short, we have spent years to develop and integrate ClarkConnect's unique Gateway Services. This allows individualized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to be drawn up for each client, each representing a recurring revenue stream and higher margins on value-added services.
