Transitioning Existing Subscriptions to ClearCenter

If you would like to upgrade to ClearOS but still have time remaining on an existing ClarkConnect services/support subscription, we can help you with the transition.  The basic steps are:

A special note about domains.  If you have registered a domain in your ClarkConnect account, you can have this moved to the new ClearCenter portal.  Please submit a support ticket to make the change request.

Will you still be offering a free version?

Absolutely.  In fact, you will see more Enterprise Edition features appear in the free edition in future releases.

Can I upgrade to ClearOS 5.x?

Yes, upgrades from ClarkConnect 4.0 or later are fully supported.  Technical details can be found in the ClearOS Enterprise Release Notes.

Are the core ClarkConnect team members like Peter, Ben and Darryl still involved?

Yes.  We'll be able to focus more of our energy on the software and services instead of the sometimes dreary day-to-day business operations.
