0000979: Change content filter antivirus engine from "clamscan" to "clamd"

Description

The DansGuardian content filter can be configured to use the ClamAV antivirus engine in two different ways:

- clamscan
- clamd

The second method (clamd) is better supported and less prone to compatibility issues when ClamAV is upgraded.
