Summary

0000976: Streaming video does a full before when the content filter has antivirus enabled

Description

When the antivirus engine is enabled in the content filter. Some data (including Youtube) is buffered until the download completes. When watching something like a Youtube video, an end user has to wait until the whole video downloads before starting to view it
