Summary

0000916: Header fields using encodings other than US-ASCII do not get parsed correctly.

Description

This leads to problems like:

* incomplete subject lines
* invalid sender, to and cc address
* inability to resend mail with encoded email addresses

Additional Information

Field parser should go through all parts of the encoded header fields...not just the first part.
