0000862: Update references to kernels in apt allow-duplicated list

Description

The kernel naming conventions have changed in version 4.2:

- kernel-smp and kernel-smp-devel no longer exist
- kernel-PAE and kernel-PAE-devel now exist

The Allow-Duplicated configuration in /etc/apt/apt.conf needs to reflect these changes.
