0000248: username not in quotation marks in /etc/fetchmail

Description

/var/webconfig/htdocs/admin/fetchmail.php does not put the username in quotation marks in /etc/fetchmail. if you have a numeric username you get a parse error when starting the service. putting the username in quotation marks resolves the problem.
